I made a vacuum purchase on Feb 24 and when the “package” arrived there was no Dyson in the package. It was a flat box. We made a claim with ups and on March 12 Dyson responded that they’d update us on status. We still have not been credited the amount of the product nor received a replacement. I will be reporting this with the BBB and filing a suit against Dyson. It seems that this is their normal based on posts in this community. I will use those posts as proof to their lack of response.
