I will start by saying that the people I have spoken to have been polite.  

However the time spend reviewing the account is about 30 minutes and no feedback was not helpful.  

After 2 weeks of regular calls that lasted over 45 mins I after UPS confirmed that the package was stolen I still didn’t get a refund for the order.

I will never order anything directly from Dyson and I will look for any website I can provide this feedback to prevent other from getting the same treatment I received.  

 

Furthermore, I requested a call from a supervisor and never received a call back.
