I purchased a hair dryer and it stopped working. They replaced it and this one stopped working after sparking and blowing out the power in my house.  I needed to call an electrician to repair the issue.  I have call 4 times to resolve the issue with the blow dryer and still have no response.  I have received 3 case#s and I am told someone will contact me in 24-48 hours.  I called in 6/26, 7/2, 7/8 and 7/11.  On 711 I asked to speak to manager and now I have to wait to see if they will call me.  I doubt it.  They also now say it can take 10 days for my case to reviewed.  I don’t believe anything they say.  I think they just have a script and don’t know how to resolve any issues.  I have not such bad service from any company in the past.  I also have a Dyson vacuum but I will never buy another Dyson product again due to such poor service and quality of their hair dryers.
