I had to come here and tell you about my story with dYSON! 
First of all I’ve been using Dyson products for about 9 -10 years now, and I’ve been happy with the product and never once I had to call for any issues!

However that changed about 4-5 weeks ago.

we are having problems with our vacuum and I know we registered for warranty so when I called ,after waiting a lifetime on the phone, and spoke to someone and even FaceTime me through web to make sure what was wrong with it and afterward he proceeded to tel me to go to ups with a number he gave me to ship it to the company for warranty repair. I went and the number doesn’t exist the UPS guys said. So I called again and I got a different number and went back to UPS and again the same story. I called today  and the guy told me I’ll give you another number. I had it and I hope they record the conversation we as customers have with them!!!

Its been hell to deal with them and making me loose my patience and for what?!

 

Totally garbage customer services!!!!!!
