Has anyone else experienced terrible customer service when dealing with Dyson?  I ordered a Christmas gift during on 12/4 during the Black Friday sale and was told that my order has been shipped” and would arrive in “2-7 business days.” Seven business days later,  i had not received my order nor heard anyting else from the company.  When i called customer service, I was told the order would ship in 3 business days to arrive in 15 business days, well after Christmas!  I spent over an hour with customer service and was offered 2 options,, (1) refund the money, which was not an option since I could not repurchase a replcedment because they told me I would get the $ in 14 days and the product would cost me $250 more, since the Black Friday sales were long gone, or (2) wait for the order to be delivered well after Christmas.  Neither option was acceptbale and the call ultimately droppped without a resolution,  The nect day, I called customer service back.  Instead of waiting on hold, I selected the call back option and was told I could expet a call back shortly.  DYson NEVER called back the entire day. 

While I love Dyson’s products, I can’t believe the terrible customner service I have received and feel like the company has repeatedly lied to me.  

Am i the only one?
