Hi I have a 2017 Hot+Cool purifier that I have lost the remote for due to moving house. I can connect the machine but once it’s connected the app just goes back to the ‘add a machine’ page and I’m unable to use the app as the remote. Any idea how I can get it to actually connect to completion?
Additionally, if I just get a replacement remote will they still work on my machine?
