Hi,

Just purchased this Hot Cold purifier. I was hoping to be able to set it to maintain a set temperature while also having a set fan speed. 
It seems that I have no control over fan speed when I have set the thermostat even in manual mode.

If I adjust fan setting in app when in manual mode and I have the temperature set to 20degrees the actual fan speed does not react to fan speed setting in app, it just stays on its lowest setting.

As soon as I turn off the heat/thermostat the fan reacts to inputs.

Surely in manual mode I should be able to set the fan to whatever I want and the unit switches on the element whenever it needs?

Ive seen a few posts here about similar issues but I cannot work out if it’s right?
