I used to have a 360 Heurist which I could control via the Dyson skill on Alexa.
Since changing to a 360 vis nav, the Alexa skill appears to do very little and returns the response “the action requested is not supported on this machine” to just about everything.
I notice that on the Dyson website when I looked up the Dyson skill for Alexa it does not list the 360 vis nav as a supported device (so that appears to be correct
). Has Dyson dropped support for the Alexa dyson skill for new devices?
This forum feels like a waste of time and space. I would have thought that a global company such as Dyson would have a user base with a lot more questions and thoughts. It appears to be barely used as Dyson have one guy (Stuart) who occasionally tries to answer a question. I suspect that answering queries is not his job.
Compared to other companies offerings this is so poor that Dyson should probably remove it out of embarrassment.
