I have connected my Dyson 360 Heurist to my iOS phone and wifi without issue and can send it instructions to clean etc..
But in the app, whenever I try the ‘Manage Notifications’ option, I get a screen saying ‘We’re having trouble connecting’.
How do I resolve this?
