I have had the vis nav for a while now and having owned the Previous 2 versions it’s been amazing. In the last week or so it’s been playing up. It’s getting lost, it’s stuck (but there is nothing there) it can’t find the dock etc. I assume it had gone faulty so contacted Dyson and without any hassle then have sent a replacement. The replacement arrived today and it’s displaying the same issues. I notice a firmware update recently- could this be the cause? I wasn’t quick enough to stop this neW one updating!, is there a way to downgrade to ‘test’.
anyway any help much appreciated - the house is the same -
