Dyson 360 eye run time - Issues with length of cleaning

hi.. my Dyson 360 eye only cleans for a few seconds and returns to its charging station saying the clean has finished. the battery is fully charged and I have tried it with another fully charged battery with the same results.. can anyone here help?

Hi @SapperP

My initial thoughts are its having trouble accessing the other areas. 

I’d suggest referring to the community article called Preparing your home | Dyson Community. Check that points 1 - 5 have been met and there are no obstacles or steps restricting access. 

If it persists, try relocating the doc and starting from a new location.

It’s not that I’m afraid.. it’s been working perfectly before.. it’s only just started doing it and it’s doing it all the time now

Dyson would have you perform a product reset before investigating further. Try following the steps outline in this post:

If that should fail, dyson will have to look at the API data for errors or a reason for the robot returning to the dock so soon.
