I recently bought a Dyson 360 vis nav and it is regularly powering down during runs. It will be cleaning and stop and shut down fully. If you walk over and tap the screen, it turns back on but it lost all progress. It has happened both in cleaning and mapping.

 

I returned the original one thinking it's a fluke and bought another one and the second one is reproducing the same behavior which leads me to believe it's an issue in the firmware. Is there known issues relating to spontaneous power offs during cleaning or mapping? If so, replacement didn’t work for me so I would likely just have to return the unit.

I lowered the lift sensitivity to “low” and that had seemed to help for a bit but it appears to still be happening. Fully dying, fully powering off randomly in the run.
