3 weeks ago Virgin sent me a new Hub 4 router that wouldn’t accept my previous Wi-Fi network name or password, so I had to change it.
All my devices, Dyson and otherwise work OK but the 360 Vis Nav refused to connect. After spending a long time on the phone with technical support, even with a video call, Dyson decided to send me a new machine.
The new one is just the same, pairs on Bluetooth, but just sits there and will not connect to Wi-Fi, if I use a wrong password the app tells me, so it must see the network OK.
I have removed all other devices except my phone and the 360 Vis Nav, but still no luck.
3 weeks now and no solution, there must be others with the Virgin Hub 4, so does it work?
Can anyone help, I am fed up with going through the same questions with different technical advisors at Dyson just to end up with no solution, or a dropped call.
All other devices work 100%, just the 360 Vis Nav will not connect.
