Dyson Dyson 360 vis Nav app always does not wake up using the app and always says Airways blocked when they are not

I’ve tried everything! Switching off, re mapping etc but since last update the robot does not wake up to the app an always says airways blocked. I check regularly and they are not blocked. Software version RB03PR.01.08.005.4317
