My 360 vis nav gets stuck on the vent registers frequently. Not every time, but many times.
recommendations on how to reduce this issue?

yes, this happens to me too.
I find that the vacuum does a lot better when the lights are on or when the room is well lit. In fact, if its well lit, it never gets stuck.
Is the vent that it gets stuck on, in a dark or darker room? If so, try lighting up that part and see if it still gets stuck
the vent(s) that it gets stuck are different colors, and are relatively well lit. I struggle to think I need to add lighting for the ‘smart’ robot to do basics. I also have an iRobot as well and it has no issues with same vents in same lighting.
