I can only advise everyone to order a new device from Dyson in the event of a warranty claim and to return it at the end of the withdrawal period and order a new device again. And so on until Dyson perhaps gets around to processing the warranty claim! Everything else is just frustrating, whether you use the chat or the hotline, you are put off for weeks.
 

Dyson confirmed to us four weeks ago that our Dyson 360 Vis Nav cannot be repaired and that we will receive a new device! The only question is when! Every time I ask, it's "In two weeks!"
