I am absolutely appalled by Dyson's customer service!
Since purchasing an Airwrap on 3/1/24, I have encountered complete silence since initiating a return on 4/1/24. I have spent endless hours waiting on the phone, sending ignored emails, and even reaching out to them on Instagram, all leading to a dead end. Even after resubmitting the return request on 4/20/24, I was promised a response within 48 hours, but to no avail.
Finally, after a 45-minute wait for a chat, Vamshi K abruptly told me that I'm out of my return window without any attempt at a solution. It's ridiculous that I'm being held responsible for being out of my return window when Dyson didn't respond to my first return request. To make matters worse, Vamshi K left the chat without even saying goodbye or coming up with a solution while I was still trying to send proof of my initial return request.
Dyson has lost my trust and my business forever.
