I bought my Dyson from outside the Philippines. The Philippine Service Center of Dyson does not want to accept for repair my vacuum cleaner. They said they will only accept Dyson product that was bought in the Philippines, even if they recognize that the serial number in my unit is legitimately Dyson.
Why is your customer service policy as such? I will never purchase a single Dyson product in my lifetime and will tell all my friends of my experience. Where do I go now to have my unit repaired?
