VisNav Connection issue

My Visnav, which has hitherto performed flawlessly, has recently given itself a software update, and now I can’t connect with it via the Dyson App. I’ve restarted both the robot and the WiFi, but still the robot is ignoring me. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you manage to sort it out?

I have similar issue after latest update. Machine loss wifi connection after a while. I’m manually restarting on the device screen then I able to use from app. Fw 01.08.004.4201


Last firmware update completely messed up my robot and I’m now sending it back for a replacement.  I will try to quickly stop it from doing a firmware update and see how it goes.


As I have seen, when the robot goes to sleep (when the sleep icon appears on its screen), it loses its wifi connection and never bring back to online.
