Hi - I bought an "unwanted corrale " it is a genuine device but it has s 2 pin plug on it. Do the come with 3 pin plugs ? Can I use a plug adapter or have I been misled into buying something I can't use in UK? Thanks in advance ☺️

Hi @Chessiesmum, thanks for your post. Your straightener has universal voltage, so you can charge it in countries with different electrical voltages to the one in which you purchased it. You can purchase a charger from the link here: https://www.dyson.co.uk/support/journey/spare-details.970479-01
