I have been in contact with customer service since JANUARY of 2024. My professional blow dryer was broken upon delivery, and I have spent countless hours on the phone with over 10 representatives. I was supposed to be receiving a replacement, and then told I would be receiving a replacement of the new professional dryer instead. Still has not arrived. It has literally been over 7 months this has gone on, and the customer service I have received has been the worst I’ve ever known. Most recently, a customer service rep told me “all his co workers are liars” and “everyone you have spoken to is lying to you, you’ll never get your new dryer.” Every time I have requested to speak to a supervisor, NONE EXIST. At this point, considering taking legal action against the company, as I have no idea how to get my replacement and speak to someone who apparently isn’t a liar?!!! Can any one give me any insight or a phone number or email to someone who can help me before I have to just have my lawyer contact the company?
