I received an error message on my Airstrait - “Filter Blocked”. I followed the troubleshooting to clean and wash the filter, waited for it to totally dried and refit it back to the Airstrait. It allows me to turn on, however, after 30 seconds, the same error message - “Filter Blcoked” came up again.
I contacted the customer service and I was told to purchase a filter replacement, which is NOT covered under warranty. How insane is it? In my routine, I followed Dyson’s recommendation to clean the filter once a month. I purchased this product at $700 with such a premium brand but the filter last for such a short period even I followed Dyson’s official recommendation to clean the filter once a month. I have been using this product for only a year. Plus, the customer service representative told me the filter is currently out-of-stock, which means I am unable to use it until further notice.
Dyson disappointed me a lot and I definitely won’t recommend this product to anyone else.
