a few days ago I bought my daughter a new airwrap long black kit for her birthday. today she opened the box and the Dyson packaging looks like it's been opened, handled, reassembled and sent back (see the images, couldnt add the close up of the paper wrap around thr machine but you can tell here). and now we've bought it, supposedly brand new. this is actually disgusting. if this is policy, Dyson you should be selling these at a discount at least. how do I get this sorted?
