The call centre representatives have informed me that DPD should collect in the uk. Despite phoning around 6 times to Dyson customer services to check that the hairdryer would be collected and getting cast iron guarantees it would be picked up today - another no show unfortunately.
Customer service with no ability for resolution is not very good.
How do you sort this if Dyson customer services can’t?
