My straightener is able to briefly turn on and show a flashing empty battery, but once plugged in or in the stand, it doesn’t charge at all. I tried the chat support and they are useless. Won’t allow me to send my straightener in when the nearest service center is hours away. Won’t even send a replacement charger cord.
