I am so disappointed with my recent Dyson experience. I can’t believe that this company has been able to maintain any customers. The lack of ANY transparency regarding the status of my “pending” order demonstrates the lack of care and pride that this formerly exceptional brand name used to deliver. I have recommended this company to friends and family over the years, but after this experience (I'm still waiting for an UPDATE on my order), I will be looking for a new product and company that is interested in the care of their clients.
