Why do Dyson use DPD?
Iam trying to return my Dyson airwrap under warranty as it keeps over heating! DPD were meant to collect between 6/7pm kept getting updates until they said he was running late, next message was I'd missed him ! . Obviously he had had enough that day and decided to go home ( fair enough ,it had got late ) Told would be out next day, rung DPD and they couldn't speak to depot, so said couldn't confirm if coming or not, well he didn't turn up that day but decide to come on the Sunday without notification , and we were out. I spoke to Dyson and they said they needed to rearrange collection which they couldn't do until 20th Dec this would be two months with out a airwrap and two months into my warranty ! The email came through and they had booked it for 29th Dec ! Why can DPD and Dyson be so useless at communications. I'm still getting emails saying DPD will be out today , no time . I have now wasted three days sitting around waiting for collection. I asked Dyson Customer services to escalate this , but have heard nothing back !
