On Jan 6, I contacted Dyson about my hairdryer with broken filter.
The online agent informed me to submit photo and receipt of purchase, which I did. And I was told back then I should receive a follow up email from Dyson within 24-72 hrs.
It is now Jan 16, zero email from Dyson. I am done waiting.
So I reached out to Dyson again to make a complaint and requested a follow up on my case. One agent joined conversation and left within a minute. After I typed a question mark, no robot or real person ever responded.
I own several Dyson products and I have gone through numerous models over the years. I used to believe the Dyson name brand is worth my money and they do honor the warranty.
Now, my experience tells me Dyson has shifted to an arrogant company that scammed me with no warranty and offered no customer service. Dyson simply doesn’t care about losing one customer.
To any potential Dyson buyers, unless you feel like using disposable Dyson products for a while, I would not recommend purchasing this brand.
