Dyson Corale straighteners - battery died, advice needed.

I’m trying to find out whether you can get a new battery put into the straighteners?

They are approx are 2 years old and you can no longer use them without plugging them in.

Really disappointed as they cost a huge amount of money to die within this space of time?

I have gone through all the support advice and have checked everything.
