I’ve purchased a pair of corrale straighteners, I’m following al tips and hints and have watched videos etc , but the plates are just dragging my hair, so much to the point where you can actually hear the dragging, im sure this can’t be right not for £300 , please help has anyone had the same issue? If so how do I rectify it ?
