Had my straighteners just over 2 years now charge inly lasts around 5 minutes without cord being attached - any ideas?

I’ve had my Corrales for 3 ½ years and the battery has been gradually deteriorating over the last few months. I don’t see any reason for this other than a manufacturing fault and having paid nearly 400 GBP for them I find this shocking. Reading other posts it sounds like I would not be likely to get any recompense. I won’t be purchasing these again I’ll choose another brand.
I am experiencing the exact same issue. I was gifted my Dyson in Oct 2021 and it broke last week, no longer holding charge when connected to the charging cable.
Dyson offered me a refurb model for GBP100 or 25% off a new model. Why would anyone want to spend any more money on their products, it’s laughable. Avoid.
