DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Do your homework first online and you will see numerous complaints. It works for a short time, then I got an error message to “reset” which would not work. Now it has died completely after maybe 5 uses. This seems to be a common complaint.  
Dyson continues to market a product that they must know is defective and refuses a refund, offering only a replacement which I do not want due to the number of failures

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT and think carefully before buying any other from Dyson as their customer service is horrible.

We wouldn’t be able to offer a refund outside of our standard returns period - assuming you purchased direct from Dyson - but like our other hair care appliances, the Dyson Corrale™️ is backed with a free 2-year guarantee. From what you’ve said, it sounds like you should be well within this timeframe as you’ve only used your machine 5 times?
