I have never, ever (ever) experienced as maddening & frustrating situation as trying to get an exchange on a consumer product. Ever.
It’s now June. A faulty hair dryer purchased at Christmastime has yet to be replaced. Every (30 minute) call with support is filled with sweetness & light, and I’m plyed with wine & roses.
And then nothing happens. I, of course, ask to speak with management and am passed around from non-English-speakers to more non-English-speakers -- none of whom are a) management or b) able to tell me anything any different from the sweetness & light the previous offered.
I will never buy another product from this company. But I’ll lawyer up if I have to here -- on principle alone.
