I purchased the Dyson Corrale straightener and just before the warranty ran out they no longer held their charge, I contacted Dyson who sent me a new pair but with only the remaining 1month of the warranty. A year on and the same thing has happened again, they are no longer holding their charge. I can have them repaired for £100 but who is to say the same thing wont happen again.

Looking at the community pages this is a reoccurring problem with the straighteners. I think it is disgusting that Dyson are still selling these knowing that there is obviously a fault with their batteries, at £400 a pair I would expect better workmanship. 

I definitely  would not buy Dyson again and something needs to be done about the fact that they are basically ripping people off
