Hairdryer stopped working after 18 months, have reported it and collection is meant to be 15th October
I have been told I have to confirm collection but I have never received correspondence from Dyson I have contacted customer service 3 times and they confirm my details are correct and will send a test e mail that I never received (it’s not in junk or spam)
not sure what to do getting very frustrated as don’t know if it’s still getting pick up on the 15th. Has anyone done this, do you get an e mail to confirm?, do you get address labels etc
