Hi . Hope someone can help. Having received a return label for a Dyson air-wrap on the 2nd Dec (Item not required) I returned the item at the post office on the 17th Dec (Having received confirmation the label was still valid) . I am now having extreme difficulty receiving my refund (Despite having proof of postage). I have made numerous phone calls to the 0800 number with no success. I seem to be going round in circles speaking to a different operative every day. Can anyone advise a course of action in order I may resolve this problem & receive my desperate refund.
