I am BEYOND!! Frustrated at this point. My air wrap stopped working completely back in June. I took it to the service center in Rancho Santa Fe & they said the main unit/battery part of it was fried, but my machine was still under warranty so they will send me a new one. I was very excited…. However, it is now September 12th (I brought my machine in on June 13th) and I STILL DONT HAVE IT!!! I have sent MULTIPLE chats, calls, etc and they all can’t figure out what’s happening. They say different things every time (it’s back ordered, it’s on its way, etc) but still nothing. I’m at the point where I am going to blast it all over social media because this is ridiculous. The call center is absolutely useless. For a $600 hair dryer I expect way more. Shame on you Dyson!!

I feel I am in the same boat with you right now.  I have been trying to get a shipping label to return my AirWrap that just quit working after maybe 20 uses… I have called numerous times and they say they sent me the label but it never shows up.  I gave them 3 separate email addresses and NO label.. What is worse is being told the problem is with all 3 different email addresses on my end.. not their end.   I am feeling disgusted and beyond angry for spending a dime on their product.  Please let me know if you have any luck.  I have now been on hold for over an hour for the 5th time.
