Dyson customer service is the worst. I recently order an overpriced hair wrap. When it shipped my order was updated with UPS tracking. Based on UPS tracking, the item was to arrive by 3:45 pm today. I had to change my plans to be away in order to be home so that it wouldn't be on the front stoop all weekend. UPS never updated the tracking until 5:00 pm saying it would not be delivered on Monday! When I call Dyson and endured two over seas representatives, one a manager, I was told that it was within the shipping window. They did NOT understand the point. It was witihin the 7-12 days but it had shipped and the information they provided me from their carrier was completely bad information and no updates until AFTER it was to be delivered. I asked for some compensation for this HUGE inconvenience that messed up my entire weekend and got answers read from a script. I would have gotten further speaking to AI. I will NEVER order another Dyson product and give this company a 1 out of 10 rating for customer service.
