I own and operate a small luxury boutique hotel.

I am a fan of Dyson products--I own two Airwraps (one for US one for EU) and I can actually say I love my Dyson vacuum so much I enjoy cleaning with it!

I first used a Dyson product at a boutique hotel (The Beatrice in RI) and I would like to give my guests the same opportunity to experience Dyson--I want to furnish each room with a hair dryer, and also to give my housekeeping staff Dyson vacuums to use. I have made several attempts to contact Dyson. The problem is that to date I have not had anyone respond to me with anything but passing me off to the local retailer. 

My hotel is in the EU--but I don’t speak the language of the country where it is located so really don’t want to be passed over to someone in that country.

Can anyone help?
