My airwrap starts to turn on and off immediately after I plug it in. I have:
- Cleaned the filter numerous times. I have even unscrewed the bottom portion that the filter covers to make sure there wasn’t any hair in it.
- Tried different outlets. Still doesn’t work
- It’s not due to overheating since it only stays on for seconds
- There is no flashing red light, which indicates that the filter needs to be cleaned
Online technical support was absolutely unhelpful. They ran through the list of troubleshooting steps that I have tried numerous times. The only option left was to take it to a center that is 8 hours away! I live south of Raleigh, NC, and I cannot believe that the closest center is that far away. This isn’t a viable option for me.
I am absolutely frustrated at the customer service quality and the options available to get such an expensive machine to be fixed. Somebody help :(
