My Dyson Airwrap suddenly stopped working while am doing my hair, it started making a cracking noise. It doesn’t turn anymore (no flow no heat). The Netherlands support suggested local electrical support, other countries support refused to answer my request. Any tips? Does anyone have a similar experience?

We would have to defer to your local Dyson Customer Care team for your options for getting your machine repaired or replaced - whether this is within the 2-year Dyson guarantee or not.
