I am the owner of The Gallery Salon, Charleston, SC’s largest salon employing over 30 stylists. I have been a Dyson hairdryer user for almost 10 years and have spent well over $10,000 on Dyson hairdryers. I sent in my hairdryer that stopped working after 8 months for repair a year ago and haven't seen it since.
I have called Dyson at least once a month and have been given every excuse in the book. Now I am being informed that Dyson sent my hairdryer to the wrong person, and since they cannot get ahold of that person to get my hairdryer back, my case is closed.
So long story short, because of Dyson’s mistake, I am out $500 for a hairdryer. Every time I call I am placed on hold for an hour and there is no resolution. Who can I contact about this? I am absolutely furious and cannot believe that Dyson is getting away with this.
If this does not get resolved I will NEVER order from Dyson again and will be sure to tell all of my clients and stylists the way I was treated.
