So within the last two weeks, I have had my V11 torque drive stop working and the Corrale stop working. The vacuum needs a new main body because the motor/electronics are bad and the hair straightener battery went out. Neither of which can be fixed be cause parts are not offered. So now I am out over $1,000 in product because this company doesn’t want to make parts for their products. I have all the haircare items for my wife and have 3 vacuums. This is the 2nd time with a vacuum that parts are not available. So I will be slowly replacing with a different brand. I will caution you that if you want products that will last more than 5 year, go with another brand.
