I have been trying to get my airwrap collected but to no avail, I finally arranged for it to be done today and have waited in all day - no collection.
Contact customer service to be told there's an issue with the date and DPD will be in touch again, they weren't in touch before!
Upon checking this is a tactic used by Dyson Customer Service for collections and a lot of people never have their items collected.
I purchased the item from Dyson in August last year, so guess what I can't even go to original retailer .
I'm also dealing with a very ill husband at the moment so this stress isn't helpful.
All I want is my airwrap to be repaired or replaced, it's not as if they're cheap enough to go out and buy each year.
Can someone please help me
