Hi,
I contacted support via chat an phone and each time they have told me I cannot have my hair dryer shipped to the repair center even though the website clearly states to call Dyson Customer Service to have them send a label to ship out product for repair. The nearest repair center is two hours away. That is absurd to send a customer to drive four hrs. roundtrip to repair a $400 product that first of all, should never have malfunctioned; as expensive as it is. This product is 2.5 years old and I have been on top of maintenance since owning it. This should have never happened and I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality and horrible customer service.
So is it true? Is my only repair option to drive 2 hrs o the service center to have my dryer repaired?
