I received the Dyson Airwrap multi-styler Complete Long as a wedding gift from my family in India. Since I live in the US, I reached out to Dyson customer service in June to inquire about switching it for the US version. At that time, the customer support reps assured me that it was possible. They even provided me with the address for a service center in Seattle where I could make the exchange.
But when I finally got there, after making the trip to Seattle, they simply declined my request and told me they couldn’t help.
I'm left with this wonderful but costly gift that I haven't been able to use for months. It's been really frustrating, and I'm desperately looking for a solution. Is there anyone from the Dyson community or management who could help address this issue? I would be incredibly grateful for any assistance that allows me to finally make use of the Dyson Airwrap multi-styler Complete Long and have a positive experience as a customer.
