I’ve called customer service 3 times now since May when I bought a hair dryer for my wife for Mother’s Day. People are nice, and they tell me that the hair dryer is on the way. Nothing has materialized at my house and there are no tracking numbers in my email.
 

Very poor customer service. I won’t buy a product again. For all the advertising of a quality product and premium service expectations, this is a huge disappointment.
