I purchased the Dyson Airstraight at dyson.no. The product did not live up to my expectations and I would like to return it. I have tried to fill out the return request form online, but when I click “send” nothing happens (have tried on two different PCs). The phone number and the Whatsapp number are deactivated. I’ve been on hold with the online chat service for over 30 minutes. There is no email address published on the website for me to send enquiries to. Does anyone know how can I go about returning the item??

 

I’m an avid online shopper and have never experienced such bad service. It’s quite shocking from an international company...
