I purchased a Dyson air wrap January 2023. It broke. I was required to verify purchase, serial number, etc. with Dyson customer service via FaceTime before returning it for repair. Sent it in and now they tell me the serial number doesn’t match, and they accuse me of sending in a product other than the only I own, and what’s worse, they won’t even send the original back. They have wasted hours of MY time via multiple phone calls instigated by me as they don’t respond. Caused me mental anguish and frustration, all the while I don’t have the product I purchased for $800.00!!! It is mind boggling that they don’t simply replace the product immediately, instead they accuse you of doing something wrong. When I looked on social media, this seems to be a common theme with Dyson. Obviously they count on people giving up and not receiving justice. What an unscrupulous company. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and notifying all social media platforms of the horrible customer service and will also report to my local news stations of Dyson’s unscrupulous business practices and filing a lawsuit in small claims court. I’m also looking in to a class action lawsuit. DO NOT BUY A DYSON! Read the reviews. Unfortunately I did not.
