I am actually so livid with the experience i have had with Dyson! I have placed the same order 4 times. The first 3 times, my money was taken and a few days later the order was canceled. Called the customer service line each time it was canceled and each time they had no clue why and no answers. But of course we’re ready to create a new order. I’m currently on order number 4. I purchased the blow dryer stand, and the same time. I get an email with shipping details for the stand… only the stand is on the way. How useful .. a blow dryer stand with NO BLOW DRYER…… the next day i receive an email saying they were not able to ship my blow dryer… but i should hear shipping news in 1-3 days. its now day 3 and NO shipping confirmation. Oh and the best part of this is i am a professional hairstyle. I have been building my own salon for MONTHS. It opens friday. Lmao…. And i don’t have a blow dryer but i have a blow dryer stand. I have been trying to order this blow dryer for the past month. It is absolutely absurd how Dyson treats their customers for the cost of their tools. This is insane. My mind is blown.
